Dr. Stephen Snyder, MD is an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and a psychiatrist in private practice in mid-town Manhattan, specializing in Sexual & Relationship Issues.
He is a brilliant and engaging presenter, brings rich clinical experience to illustrate cutting-edge treatment interventions, and is a shining example of what’s still rare though critically needed in 21st Century psychiatry: a psychiatrist who not only counsels patients, but also does sex therapy.
Dr. Snyder’s riveting presentations used cases from his practice to discuss a variety of approaches to conceptualizing sexual dysfunctions in man, both medically and psychoanalytically, and offered unique insights to particularly challenging problems such as ADD/ADHD, OCD and depression.
